Our story begins with our Owner and Founder Jack, who grew up in Louisa County, Virginia, learning the value of hard work and community from a young age. After years of hands-on experience in logistics and construction-related industries, Jack recognized a need for a better, more personal container service — one where customers didn’t have to deal with national call centers or unclear pricing.

With almost a decade of experience in the portable storage industry, Jack officially launched Central Virginia Containers in 2023 with a single truck, a focus on customer service, and a deep commitment to doing business the right way. Today, Jack and his family live in Hanover County, and the business still reflects his small-town values: honest communication, reliable service, and a job done right the first time.
